Building work
The hallway is still open. The vacant on 6 missed another showing. We take the punch list the last guy left sitting.
New York, New York
The contractor vanished after demo. The leak is still on 12. The IKEA is still in the box and move-in is Saturday. Nicholas spent 15 years in the union and a lifetime in construction. He still picks up — buildings, renovations, moves, and cleans.
Stagehands, concerts, fashion week — that is his brother Robert. Call Bobby at 631-469-8090.
For building managers
The leak on 12 has a bucket under it. There is a letter from the DOB in the mailbox. The last contractor said Monday and stopped answering on Tuesday. PG is the number that picks up — 718-844-3054 — then sends people who have actually worked a New York building.
For homeowners
The super’s guy never called back. Your apartment is not a side hustle. Nicholas has been on the tools his whole life. He will tell you what the building will allow — then he will finish.
Cleaning · assembly · moving
PG sends hands for the small jobs — and college crews for move-ins in New York, New York, Long Island, Westchester, and Jersey when the job is real.
Vacancies, move-outs, post-construction. Ready to show.
IKEA, beds, desks, the TV still on the floor.
A rod, a shelf, a door that sticks. Same-week.
Strong kids who show. Dorms, walk-ups, five flights.
Robert · stagehands · shop & on-set
This is not Nicholas’s side. This is his brother Robert — Bobby. A real stagehand. A lot of projects through New York City and Florida. He staffs Local 1 guys, Local 4 guys, and non-union guys: concerts, events, fashion week, anything the call needs.
They also build. On-set carpentry and shop building for upcoming events — decks, scenic, whatever the plot asks for. Separate trade. Separate number.
Hands who have done the call, not three cousins in black.
Load-in, strike, the freight window you actually get.
Carpentry on the floor. Built where it has to stand.
Upcoming events built in the shop first. Decks, scenic, whatever they need.
